The patch is back!
Embroidery and patch work were once a thing of the 90’s, but in recent weeks they have resurfaced and are back like never before! It’s official, patches and embroidery are cool once again. We’re seeing them everywhere, on jeans jackets, tops, pants, cut-offs, skirts, literally…everywhere. And to be honest, we’re kind of obsessed. Once accociated with “punk” or grunge” fashion, the patch has been redeemed and given a second chance as a bohemian & gypsy fashion trend. And we’re quite fond of this unique-retro look.
This is a great fade to have fun with and play with your creativity. You can find your own vintage patches to sew, or iron onto your jeans, or jackets on Etsy or Ebay. We put together a few of our favorite looks for you to get inspired by. Happy patching, xo.
Single patches work great on pants, or shorts. It is a more clean and simple look.
We totally dig the full back embroidered look. So tribal!
Florals are always a classic. Sweet & pretty.
Not all patches are created equal…some are a little more unique than others.
Customize your own clothes. There’s a million different patches to choose from. Get creative!
